Propeller is 96" long, 12" width,
Appears to be brass 8 bolt hub and tips
Markings are OXX-6
U.S. with anchor
SE 274

Would like identification and possible value, although will not be selling.

We'd need to see full pictures of the whole prop, but from what you've posted it's almost certainly one of the many props acquired by the Navy Department of Steam Engineering for their development of flying boats in the late teens and early twenties ("SE" refers to "Steam Engineering" in the drawing number "SE 274", which refers to the blueprint from which it was manufactured.)

The engine is a Curtiss 0XX-6, a variant of the earlier 0X5. The brass hub may not be original, but a full photo would be needed to comment further.
