I inherited the propellor hub barometer and umbrella stand made from one of the blades ( the other blade was damaged), from my great uncle who I believe was an engineer with the Royal Flying Corps. He died when I was quite young so didn’t get to discuss the history of the propellor with him, although I always admired it, and his daughter left it to me when she passed away. I will never part with it, but would like to know more about it such as the age and type of plane it would have been fitted to. Any help will be much appreciated. I have attached photos of the markings and rear of the hub, the front is covered by the barometer which I don’t want to disturb. Thanks in anticipation.
