I obtained this propeller about 15 years ago from Cole Palen at the Old Rhinebeck
Aerodrome. The Curtiss Oriole was built around 1920, and one is currently
displayed at the Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, New York. This propeller
is in excellent condition, and appears to have been re-varnished at some
point in the past. Sale of this propeller includes some black and white photos of the airplane and of
