Sopwith Salamander 1918 |
The Sopwith Salamander was developed late in WW1, but had many similarities with
the more famous Sopwith Camel and the Sopwith Snipe. It was powered by the
Bentley BR2 engine and was developed as a ground attack aircraft, using armor
