Comments:  Unknown propeller built by Falcon Propellers in Jamestown, New York, in the late teens.  It is very simlar to others manufactured by that company, but the specific use is unknown.  The original Falcon decals are faded, as is the finish in general, but it is in entirely original as found condition.  The right hand rotation suggests use on a tractor application, most likely on one of the Navy flying boats developed in the late teens.  The drawing number, AP 2002, would be the key to identification, but no reference to that number has yet been found in my research.
